Cancellation Policy
I do provide a 10 minute grace period for arriving to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation. Cancelling 48hrs or less prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service(s). Not showing up to your appointment or “no-show” will result in a 100% charge of the service(s) scheduled.
